Zerik has no long-term contracts. We want to earn your business. If you don’t think we provide the best security service out there, we make it easy to cancel. Typical contracts for security service require 30 days’ notice to cancel.

A parcel may weigh up to a maximum between 30 and 50 kilograms, depending on the country.

Which goods are excluded from logistics services?

Goods which are packed insufficiently or not as customary in the trade are generally excluded from transportation. What do I need to keep in mind when packing goods?

When packing goods, you need to consider the type, weight and resilience of the goods being sent. Outer packing, internal padding, adhesive tape and parcel labelling are all important.
